The opportunity is to lead a team, building an app marketplace and the first set of innovative apps.



What you’ll do

  • Develop roadmap and market requirements for your product.

  • Provide the development team the context to understand the problems they are solving and have empathy with the customer.

  • Make sure all features are user-validated and have quantifiable and measurable success/fail metrics.

  • Manage user story development and prioritisation of the backlog and ensure efficient management of sprint based rituals (standups/retros/sprint planning sessions).

  • Help to remove bottlenecks and blockers, enabling the team to focus on the current objectives.

  • Ensure quality assurance is maintained at a high level and feature deployment process is as unencumbered as possible.


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience working in a SaaS or comparable digital role with hands on exposure to Agile practices and principles

  • Experience in using research and data to understand customer pain points and prioritise the opportunities/needs to be addressed

  • Passion for measuring impacts from everything delivered, ensuring telemetry is planned and in place to provide customer and product insights.

  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work a broad set of internal and third party stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills
