We have an exciting opportunity to join a new team, building financial task solutions for retail and small businesses banking customers.
What you’ll do
Work with the Product Manager, Tech Lead and Product Designer to analyse customer needs and develop workflows and requirements.
Communicate and refine requirements with the development team to help them understand the context of the problems.
Manage user story development and prioritisation of the backlog and ensure efficient management of sprint based rituals (standups/retros/sprint planning sessions).
Help to remove bottlenecks and blockers, enabling the team to focus on the current objectives
Ensure quality assurance is maintained at a high level and feature development process is as unencumbered as possible.
Create tests to ensure high quality software is developed.
Perform exploratory and acceptance testing of the product, ensuring it meets customer needs.
Analyze bugs and errors found during testing and in production then communicating results to the software development team
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience

Experience working with financial products, API/event based integration and automated and regression testing a bonus
